Lori would like to attend law school in the fall of 2010, where she plans to study both Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. She intends to start her own online book club in the near future that will cater to issues that directly impact African American women. She aspires to continue giving back to the community by teaching free dance lessons to inner city youth, encouraging young people to vote and stay active in politics as well as being an advocate for breast cancer awareness.

Lori strives for excellence in every aspect of life spiritually, mentally and physically. She seeks to uplift and encourage others not only through her words, but by her good deeds. She believes a good queen will dedicate herself to being a vessel of God’s word. She will start by serving through community outreach programs that will improve impoverished communities that are greatly oppressed by socioeconomic challenges. She also feels a good queen knows that success is not defined by material accumulation. Success can be defined as a journey where one had to overcome obstacles that shape their character. She is dedicated, aware and passionate about the social issues of the world and is willing to contribute her wisdom, knowledge, patience and power to serve as your queen.
